Past Experience of the WVP Principals. The principals of Weiner Vollrath & Partners have amassed more than 130 years of combined executive experience in the development of luxury residential real estate. From 1997 until mid-2004, WVP principal Bruce Weiner held senior positions with various Turnberry-related entities where he supervised major developments under the Turnberry brand. Beginning in August of 2004 and continuing through May 2010, he oversaw all condominium developments undertaken by Turnberry's Residential Division, while fellow WVP principal Bob Vollrath oversaw the Turnberry Residential Division's financial, accounting and administrative functions. During this period, Mr. Weiner and Mr. Vollrath were involved in the development of 18 luxury residential towers developed by Turnberry, resulting in sales of more than $4 billion.

In addition to serving in these key executive capacities with Turnberry, WVP's principals and partners were prominently involved in the development and marketing of The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and Residences. Earlier in their careers, a number of the partners were involved with other luxury Florida residential real estate, most noteworthy of which were Williams Island, Grovenor House, Ocean Reef Club and Frenchman's Creek.
