Prior to joining Weiner, Vollrath he was Chief Financial Officer of two major South Florida- based retail/resort/development companies where he oversaw financial and administrative functions, running the gamut from accounting and cash management to risk management and human resources. His expertise in these fields is extensive.
With more than 40 years of project supervision and construction management behind him, Robert Ambridge is responsible for Weiner, Vollrath & Partners' development and construction activities. In a prior executive position, he directed on-site development teams for the construction of private residential communities and luxury high-rise towers in the Western U.S., most notably in Las Vegas, Nevada.
A licensed real estate broker and graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Jim Cohen has more than 20 years experience working in sales and marketing with particular emphasis in the luxury residential sector. Prior to joining Weiner, Vollrath & Partners, he served as Vice President of Sales for a major South Florida development company, where, under his stewardship, sales exceeded $2 billion with more than 1,000 residences sold and conveyed.
Michael Gilbert has an outstanding reputation in residential, club/resort/hotel operations and brand development for more than 30 years. For one of the major commercial/residential/club developers in the country, he oversaw ongoing operations of all project amenities, including golf courses, marinas, spas, fitness centers, tennis components, swimming pools, business centers, retail and commercial outlets and diverse dining venues.
Matt is a principal at Bulldog Partners, LLC. Bulldog specializes in urban infill and re-purposed development in Los Angeles. Bulldog actively pursues value-added apartment and office opportunities. Prior to launching Bulldog in 2008, Matt managed site acquisition, feasibility, entitlement and development activities in the Western U.S. for a major, high-end lifestyle community developer. He was previously employed by Pulte Homes, and began his career with University Properties, an investment subsidiary of Yale University. Matt earned a BA in Urban Studies from Yale University (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
